Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelle before dispatch, once dispatched it cannot be cancelled.

• Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

• For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
