Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after receiving payment confirmation.

  • You will receive an email/SMS notification once your order has been dispatched, along with the tracking details.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We ship our products through reliable courier partners such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, or India Post.

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

  • Other Locations: 5–8 business days

  • Remote/Outstation Areas: 7–10 business days

Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to factors beyond our control such as courier delays, weather conditions, or regional restrictions.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: Orders above ₹1999 (or your preferred limit)

  • Standard Shipping Fee: ₹85–₹250 for orders below ₹1999 (depending on location and weight)

Final shipping cost (if any) will be displayed at checkout before completing your payment.


4. Packaging

All items are carefully packed using moisture-proof and tamper-evident packaging to ensure freshness and prevent damage during transit.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will share a tracking ID and courier link via email/SMS.
You can track your shipment directly on the courier’s website.


6. Delivery Issues

  • If your package is damaged, tampered with, or missing items, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately.

  • If you do not receive your order within 10 business days of dispatch, please reach out to our support team for assistance.

  • We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address details entered during checkout.
